A Note From Nathan
Dear Friend,
As we begin July, I’m reminded that every season brings new opportunities to trust the Lord. This month will be especially full for our family and ministry as we travel to the West Coast Christian Homeschool Conference (July 2–4), the CHEA Convention (July 8–11), and several other events throughout the month. We’re looking forward to encouraging families, connecting with ministry leaders, and continuing to equip the next generation to stand firm in their faith.
Last month, our family was also blessed with a short trip out of state for a family reunion. It was a refreshing time together and a wonderful reminder of God’s goodness before stepping into a busy summer. We’re especially grateful that we were able to make the trip in our new family van. Thank you to all who graciously gave and prayed to help make this provision possible—it has already been a tremendous blessing to our family and ministry.
We’re also excitedly preparing for our daughter Abigail’s wedding next month, and we would appreciate your prayers as we balance ministry responsibilities with all the joyful preparations ahead.
Please continue praying for our health. Like many families, we’ve been dealing with sickness recently, and we’re asking the Lord to provide renewed strength, healing, and endurance for the weeks ahead. Pray that He would sustain us physically, mentally, and spiritually as we serve.
Tomorrow the California Legislature begins its summer recess, which will continue through August. Although committee hearings and floor sessions pause during this time, our calling to pray for those in authority does not. Please continue lifting up our legislators each day, asking God to give them wisdom, soften hearts, and prepare the way for meaningful conversations when they return to Sacramento. Pray that the Lord would continue opening doors for us to be a faithful voice for families, religious liberty, and biblical truth.
Thank you for your faithful prayers, encouragement, and partnership. We are grateful for each of you and for the privilege of serving the Lord together.
