Thank You for Standing With Us — A Brief 2025 Update

Dear Friends,

As we look back on 2025, we want to begin with two simple but heartfelt words: thank you.

Because of your prayers and financial support, Family Protection Ministries has been able to remain on the front lines—monitoring legislation, intervening when parental rights were threatened, and helping slow efforts that would have permanently altered homeschool freedom. In the world of public policy, slowing a bad trajectory often makes the difference between freedom preserved and freedom lost. Your partnership has mattered.

We also believe in being transparent with those who stand with us, so we want to share a brief update on where things stand.

In 2025, FPM received about $4,000 more in total donations than in 2024. We are grateful for every gift. However, once inflation is taken into account, this does not represent an actual increase in funding. In real terms, our purchasing power has continued to decline.

At the same time, the work has intensified.

Legislative threats are growing in number and complexity, and the amount of time required to review, analyze, and respond to bills has increased significantly. To manage these realities with limited resources, we have had to make difficult decisions—laying off staff and cutting remaining staff hours, even as the workload continues to grow.

That tension is the reality we are living in right now:
more bills to track, more threats to address, and fewer resources to do the work.

And yet we are not discouraged. The Lord has sustained this work for nearly forty years, and we remain confident that He will continue to provide what is needed for the work He has entrusted to us. Our responsibility is to remain faithful and watchful, and we trust that God will supply the strength and partners necessary for the year ahead.

Because of faithful supporters like you, the work has not stopped. Harmful proposals have been amended. Families have been warned early. Long-term threats have been slowed or prevented. Your support is directly tied to those outcomes.

If you gave in 2025, please know this: your gift made a real difference.

Looking ahead, our ability to continue standing watch—to respond quickly and act wisely—depends on rebuilding and strengthening our financial base. Continued support, increased giving where possible, and new monthly partners all help ensure that Family Protection Ministries can remain effective in the days ahead.

Thank you for standing with us.
Thank you for holding the line.
And thank you for helping preserve freedom for the next generation.

With sincere gratitude,

Nathan Pierce
Executive Director
