At Family Protection Ministries (FPM), we monitor ESA-related legislation and initiatives closely and carefully. We oppose Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) not only on a case-by-case basis, but as a matter of principle. ESAs represent a shift toward increased government involvement in private education, including home-based instruction. While there may be rare instances where we remain neutral—particularly when a proposal is unlikely to advance—we continue to firmly oppose the use of government funds for private homeschooling.
