Your freedoms are at risk! Be part of the solution!

WHEN: August 24th, 2024
9:00 am – 2:00 pm

WHERE: The Chapel at Grossmont
5651 Water St, La Mesa CA 91942

This event has three main goals:
1) Educate parents and families on what their homeschool freedoms are, and what it takes to maintain them
2) Emphasize the need for private homeschool families to advocate in order to protect private homeschooling freedoms
3) Train these homeschool families and leaders to build relationships and engage with their California state legislators and staff in a friendly, professional manner in order to create a visible presence and positive impression of private home education.

We have a great line up of inspiring speakers that will only grow. In addition to our featured speakers, FPM Executive Director Nathan Pierce will train attendee families. They will explain the legislative process as well as how to effectively meet with state legislators at district offices to advocate for private homeschooling. Join us as we work on preserving our freedoms together!

We are extremely excited to have Will Estrada, from HSLDA, and Zan Tyler from BJU Press as our featured speakers! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to listen and learn from these honored guests

We will provide lunch, snacks, coffee and a great time! Registration at the door will be available if there are still spaces left. Lunch cannot be guaranteed unless you register online by August 15. Registration will be $30 per family or $15 per individual! Childcare will not be provided but families are welcome!

Networking while maintaining connections has always been her strong suit. Jennifer and her family’s advocacy extends to their local law enforcement each year and were presented a plaque in recognition of their support in 2021.
